Indian head massage works on the whole body and is classified as an holistic treatment. This is a super relaxing, invigorating and de-stressing programme for the whole body. Thai head massage – 1 hour
Thai head massage, or Nuad Pra Kob, is a healing technique that targets the head, neck, and shoulders. It involves the use of rhythmic pressure around key pressure points and specialised massage methods to release tension, enhance blood flow, and brings a sense of lightness and harmony to both body and mind. Originating from traditional Thai medicine, this practice helps release built-up stress and encourages deep relaxation. Perfect if you suffer from locked tension and tightness around the neck and shoulder area.

About me
My name is Emily. I am a qualified massage and reiki therapist (reiki qualified in 2016). I have spent my life exploring and experiencing the world of complimentary therapies to help me through my own ups and downs. In this time I have experienced the profound healing benefits of massage, body work, breath work, reiki, sound healing, counselling and other alternative and energy healing therapies.
There is no denying the amazing power these types of treatments and processes have on the unseen parts of our selves that we cannot always work out how to overcome in our minds, or on our own. I have always been told I have healing abilities, passed down to me from a very wonderful and healing mother who brought me into the word, and Mellow Light Therapies was created to give space for this. To help more people experience the life enriching benefits of complimentary therapies, and healings so crucial for well being in our crazy day to day lives.
