How it works

Bookings are available most days from around 9am and most days until 7/8pm, weekend closing times are flexible.

2)Make payment during booking on massage app

Sometimes a deposit will be taken, this is managed case by case and is always applied to group bookings. Cancellations /changes made in the 24hrs BEFORE your booking – can be refunded, but after this time, sadly there are no refunds available.

3) Once booking has been set up on massage hub you'll be sent a health questionnaire to your email

We massage therapists need this health questionnaire to be aware of allergies, or physical conditions regarding your health, specific needs, or medications.

4) On the day of treatment

Prepare the space you want to have the treatment in. Ensure there is enough room to comfortably carry out the treatment. I will arrive at your house to set up, fully prepped with your requirements in mind and all the equipment we’ll need. I am also fully insured and DBS checked for peace of mind. We will have a quick chat before getting started. Please let me know any preferences before we start. Then you just relax and I take care of the rest!

5) Treatments take from 30 mins – 2 hours

Depending on what you have booked.

6 Aftercare

  • Hydrate – after the work of a massage or similar, your body will need extra hydration for a few days so think upping the water intake, and having herbal teas such as chamomile, or lemon balm as well as these support the Holistic work we do.
  • Avoid caffeine or stimulants.
  • Rest and sleep, to allow the benefits of the treatment to work through your system to bring you to a fully relaxed, refreshed and revitalised state. Massage and holistic work is more powerful than some might think.
  • Yes Plenty of Sleep!
  • No alcohol is advised due to adverse effects this has against the treatment’s benefits and also it’s putting a strain on the body when it’s trying to deal with the work we do in the therapy sessions, it’s much better to avoid, or supplement with more water if it’s necessary to raise a glass or two on a special occasion 🙂
