Hello, my name is Emily. I am a qualified massage therapist and reiki qualified (since 2016) with additional treatments adding to my price list all the time.
I have spent my life exploring and experiencing the world of complimentary therapies to help me come through my own ups and downs. In this time I have experienced the profound healing benefits of massage, body work, breath work, meditation, retreats, reiki, sound healing, counselling and other alternative and energy healing therapies.
There is no denying the power these types of treatments and processes have on the unseen parts of our selves that we cannot always work out how to overcome in our minds, or on our own, but these treatments always seem to have an impact, because we are energy, the treatment is energy, and energy has a habit of moving or being moved.
I have always been told I have healing abilities, probably passed down to me from a very wonderful and healing mother who brought me into the word, and Mellow Light Therapies was created to give space for this path. To help more people experience the life enriching benefits of complimentary therapies, and healings that feel so crucial for well being in our crazy day to day lives.
I am currently providing Swedish massage, reiki, indian head massage I can also add some sound instruments and energy clearing to compliment.
